The company Pedersen is known as a manufacturer of receiving and transmitting devices for ships.

There are quite a lot of tubes bearing the Pedersen emblem. Small tubes have two concentrical circles. Therin is in the middle the emblem "MP". On top in the circle is the type, down the circle the filament voltage.

It is unknown, where Pedersen manufactured the tubes or where another manufacturer possibly produced for them.

Pedersen should have taken over the company "Elektromekano".

Very nice are the gig oval shaped transmitting valves.

Diese Röhre wurde zunächst unter "unbekannt" gelistet.

Hier eine Antwort von Bjarne B. Jensen

Dear Udo

I have this tube in my collection an found for years ago out,  that this tube was made in Copenhagen by the early radio and transmitter compagny named "SKOVMAND og PEDERSEN".

You can se my tube on attached picture.  It looks similar to Yours. On the box the date is printed  26. okt 1918.

Skovmand died in 1919 and Pedersen continued  the compagny alone.

Skovmand og Pedersen is mentioned somwhere in the following homepage.

I hope this will help You.
Do not hesitate writing me if any questions.

Kind regards
Bjarne
